I have counseled adults since 2010. I started at a community mental health agency, where many of my clients were students and young professionals, and I opened Wrenwick Counseling in 2018.

In sessions I talk with you, not at you. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), because both give you something to practice between sessions. I explain each exercise before we try it.

I see adults only. When someone needs more than weekly counseling, such as a higher level of care or medication, I refer out. I do not prescribe medication.
